Dallas — Industry Night for the national tour of the Tony-winning musical Fun Home also happens to be opening night for the tour in Dallas—and the opening of AT&T Performing Arts Center's 2017-18 Broadway Series. It's 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13 at the Winspear Opera House.
There is specialty pricing for Industry Night: $30 for grand terrace or dress circle, or $60 for orchestra, terrace or mezzanine.
The musical won the 2015 Best Musical Tony, making it the first musical with an all-female writing/composing team (Lisa Kron and Jeanine Tesori) to win that award. It is based on Alison Bechdel's graphic memoir about coming out as a lesbian, dealing with her gay father and growing up in a funeral home.
There will be the fun that we always have at Industry Nights, including an pre-show (starting at 6pm) and a post-show party with members of the cast (this show is 90 minutes with no intermission).
Remember, you don't have to be involved in the performing arts industry to get these tickets, so tell your friends and family to come join us.
Industry Night is presented by ATTPAC and TheaterJones. Your discounted ticket comes with:
- Best available seat
- Private pre-show and intermission social
- Post-show party with the cast
- Chances to win signed swag, tickets and more
- An evening with fellow North Texas performers, directors, managers, and friends
