Dallas — Industry Night for the national tour of the Tony-nominated musical Something Rotten! also happens to be opening night for the tour in Dallas. It's 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 13 at the Winspear Opera House.
There is specialty pricing for Industry Night: $30 for grand terrace or dress circle, or $60 for orchestra, terrace or mezzanine.
The musical comedy tells the story of Nigel and Nick Bottom (you know, of Midsummer fame), as they struggle to get a play produced while everyone is interested in the words by a brilliant dude named William Shakespeare. So, they write the first musical (exclamation point).
There will be the fun that we always have at Industry Nights, including an pre-show and intermission VIP area, and a post-show party with members of the cast. Oh, and did we mention Adam Pascal (Rent) is in the tour? He plays Willy Shakes.
Also at this Industry Night: Food. There will be a spread of munchies after the show.
Remember, you don't have to be involved in the performing arts industry to get these tickets, so tell your friends and family to come join us.
