Dallas — Industry Night for the next Broadway Series tour at AT&T Performing Arts Center is Feb. 7 for the glam rock musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch, which stars Euan Morton as Hedwig. The show runs for just one week, Feb. 7-12; so for this tour, Industry Night is also opening night. (Industry Nights are usually on the second Tuesday of the two-week run.)

If you haven't purchased Industry Night tickets yet, they are discounted at $30 for grand terrace or dress circle, or $60 for orchestra, terrace or mezzanine.

If you already have your tickets, or will have purchased them by end of the day Monday, we have a unique opportunity for you. Two Industry Night ticket holders (and their guest) will get to go backstage after the show to watch and take pictures of Hannah Corneau (who plays Yitzhak) and the Angry Inch band (called Tits of Clay for this tour) during a Facebook Live session. The video will appear on the AT&T Performing Arts Center Facebook page.

To be considered for this chance, share this story on your Facebook page and tag your "Yitzhak." Meaning, tag a friend. Any friend. You can share as much as you want, but can only tag one friend with each share to be eligible. Tag the friend in the status, not in the comments. To share this story, click on the "share this article on social media" button in the floating menu at the bottom left of your screen.

At noon on Tuesday, Feb. 7, we will contact the winners through Facebook. If you win you'll get instructions when you sign in at the Industry Night desk in the Winspear lobby on Tuesday night.

Remember, the show starts at 7:30, and you can arrive as early as 6 p.m. when the doors open. We'll have a reception area before the show for guests with Industry Night lanyards, in Hamon Hall. The after-party will feature a DJ, dancing, some local drag stars, the cast of Hedwig and some fun chances for you to win tickets to upcoming ATTPAC events and some swag.

Now, start sharing and tagging.

Industry Night is presented by ATTPAC, TheaterJones and the Dallas Arts District. Your discounted ticket comes with:

  • Best available seat
  • Private pre-show and intermission social
  • Post-show party with the cast
  • Chances to win signed swag, tickets and more
  • An evening with fellow North Texas performers, directors, managers, and friends

FYI, after Hedwig, the next Industry Night is for the Fiasco Theater's production of Sondheim/Lapine's Into the Woods, which runs May 17-28. Industry Night is May 23. Look for more info on that to come.
