Playwright WESLEY BROWN recounts the highs and lows of America’s beloved comedian, Richard Pryor. Pryor has been wheelchair bound for several years with Multiple Sclerosis. He lifts himself out of the wheelchair onto his feet and begins to embody characters from people he knew in his Peoria, Illinois hometown. His mischievous alter ego revisits the characters that shaped his life and inspired his career. The result is hilarious, surprising and memorable in this two character dramedy.
