Classical Open Mic is a free and open event, where professional and amateur musicians play anything related to classical music. From violin solos to opera arias to string quartets and horn concertos, musicians of all levels are welcomed to share their talents with a friendly and appreciative audience.
Happens every Tuesday at BuzzBrews on Lemmon Avenue in Dallas, the dinner menus are affordable plus offer beer, wine, and dessert selections to enhance the jovial atmosphere of the evening!
These free events are organized by Mark Landson and are co-hosted by clarinetist Brent Buemi along with piano accompanist, Thiago Nascimento. All together, they share their musical and comedic skills for unsuspecting restaurant patrons and performers.
All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged. Musicians from the Dallas Symphony, Dallas and Ft. Worth Operas and other area orchestras perform every week. Students in high school, as well as, college plus amateur musicians - accomplished and beginners, enjoy this unique opportunity to practice and play.
